Welcome to IUCN / SSC Cycad Specialist Group’s new website!
In 2015, the CSG will undertake a major update to the conservation status of cycads for the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. A generous grant for this work was recently obtained through the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund.
To support and broaden this initiative, this new website will help achieve CSG objectives in these ways:
- Provide up-to-date public information about cycad conservation.
- Broaden this communication via modern responsive web design.
- Support strategic expansion of the CSG membership.
- Enhance communication and coordination among CSG members.
